This service is suited to those seeking a more proactive and considered approach to their long-term health.
Longevity Assessment
A personalised approach to weight management, delivered in an extended consultation. Your plan may include tailored lifestyle strategies and, where clinically suitable, discussion of prescription medications, with a focus on safety, suitability, and ongoing review
Weight Loss Support
A dedicated consultation focused on the health needs of women, including common conditions such as PCOS and Endometriosis, preconception and Menopause. Our Approach
This clinic was designed to offer a more thoughtful and unhurried approach to healthcare. Extended consultations provide the space to explore your health in depth—considering medical history, lifestyle, and individual risk with greater clarity.
In a field where longevity medicine is often complex and, at times, inconsistent, our approach remains grounded in evidence-based care. We focus on clear, individualised care—without subscription models or unnecessary interventions. Follow-up is arranged based on your needs, ensuring care remains flexible, transparent, and patient-led.
Dr Sonam is a General Practitioner with a special interest in lifestyle and longevity medicine. She was born and raised in London, UK, and completed her postgraduate medical training across several London hospitals before relocating to Canberra.
Her clinical approach has been shaped by a desire to spend more time with patients and to explore health in greater depth than is typically possible in standard consultation models. This has led to a focus on longer, more comprehensive appointments that support a detailed and individualised understanding of each patient.
Dr Sonam holds Fellowship of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM) and integrates evidence-based lifestyle and preventative strategies into her practice, alongside conventional medical care.
She works across all areas of general practice, with particular interests in women’s and hormonal health (including perimenopause and menopause), weight management, lifestyle and preventative medicine.
